Rottweiler Puppy Health Gaurantee
Top European Rottweiler Puppies
1. The buyer has given a deposit of $______ for the purchase of a Rottweiler puppy from
Vom Avensis Rottweiler , the deposit is a commitment from the buyer to purchase the puppy
and is therefore non- refundable should the buyer choose not to complete the purchase
agreement of the puppy. Should a puppy of a choosen sex not be whelped in the litter the
deposit will be forwarded to the next available litter .
2. The balance of $______ is to be paid prior to the buyer reciept of said Rottweiler & by
the time the Rottweiler is 6 weeks old and the Rottweiler needs to be picked up when the
Rottweiler is ready for placement in the new owners home at 8 weeks of age. , Failure to pick
up the Rottweiler puppy by 8 weeks of age will result in the Rottweiler being placed up for
sale and buyer will lose all monies invested and they will lose the right to purchase said
puppy. Unless other arrangments are made the puppy MUST be paid in full by the 6th week
of the puppies life and all arrangements regarding picking the puppy up after 8 weeks of age
MUST be in writting and be signed by both Lester and Tricia Carter for the agreement to be
valid, No verbal agreements can be made.
3.All shipping and transportation cost including crate plus veterinary expenses aquired after
the release of the animal to the new owner is sole responsiblilty of the new owner., The new
owner is aware that owning a Rottweiler or any other animal requires the care of a vet . and
cost is determined by the vet . of choice by new owner and all cost is responsibility of new
owner.
4.AKC Reg. will be provided to the new owner at the time the puppy is released for their new
home, Show Prospect or Breeding Prospect puppies will come with FULL AKC Reg. papers,
Pet / Companion puppies will come with Limited AKC Papers ONLY and no puppy sold on
Limited AKC reg. is to be used for breeding and the purchaser agree's to have their puppy
Altered and sterile by 18 months of age by a Licensed Vet..
5.When the puppy is picked up only cash will be accepted.
6.If the Rottweiler develops a severe genetic Health disorder prior to 24 months of age that
directly results in death or debilitation and is documented by a DVM all records must be
released to Vom Avensis Rottweiler and an autopsy may be mandatory and can be enforced
by Vom Avensis Rottweiler when the request for a new puppy is made. All Vet. Records must
be Valid and all Veterinary information must be released to Vom Avensis Rottweiler , We
will give a puppy from a new litter if it deemed to be a genetic disorder, herniated belly
buttons are not considered a serious condition and are not covered in our gaurantee. If it is
deemed that this Rottweiler died due to any abuse, neglect or any other form of animal
cruelty the rottweiler will not be replaced and legal action may be insued .
7.The seller agrees that at the time of the sale of the Rottweiler to the new owner the
Rottweiler is in Good Health and is current on all age appropriate vaccinations & wormings.
This puppy has been feed a quality kibble and the buyer agree's to continue feeding this
Rottweiler a Quality Kibble for the remainder of the Rottweiler's Life.
9. The buyer agree's to send by US mail or E-mail a photo of this Rottweiler at 12 and 24
months of age. Failure to send the photo will deem the contract VOID on all terms .
10. The buyer agrees to care for this Rottweiler in a humane way and give this Rottweiler
love, daily care, vet care, vaccintions , food & water for the duration of this Rottweilers life
span . The buyer agree's that this Rottweiler will have proper housing for it's lifetime.
11.The buyer agree's NEVER to turn this Rottweiler over to any type of Animal Shelter or
Humane Society . You can return the Rottweiler to Vom Avensis but their is No Refunds on
the purchase and all paper work you recieved at the time of purchase must be returned to us
at the same time. We never want any of our puppies we produce to end up in a shelter.
12 .Any and All Claims will be subject to Ohio Courts Only.
13. Buyer gaurantee's that this Rottweiler will never be used in part of a puppy mill, research
lab, or fighting of domestic animals.
14.All puppies must be micro-chipped at their first examination by the new owners vet and
the Micro-Chip number sent to Vom Avensis Rottweiler immediatley for our records . No
replacement puppies will be given unless the dogs identity can be verified and is registered
with the dog on their OFA, AKC Papers. Vom Avensis Rottweilers always has the right to
verify the puppies/ dogs identity, No X-rays will be accepted unless , Dogs name , The Vet
and any other identify information is included on all X-rays, Health Papers, or evidence of a
health isssue. We must verify the dogs identity with any issue arising. The are no exceptions,
If the dog has never been micro-chipped or the puppy / Rottweiler has not had proper vet
care that can be verified this agreement is void..
15. We cannot sell a Rottweiler or a Rottweiler Puppy or accept a deposit from a minor
regarding the sale of a Rottweiler or Rottweiler Puppy to any person under the age of 21
absolutley NO EXCEPTIONS.
This agreement is binding and no other terms and none other can be added , There are No
Refunds,

I am available for support and assistance throughout the lifetime of my pups and encourage the puppy's family to
call or email me at any time with problems or questions about training, behavior, health, nutrition, etc. or just to
chat about puppies. My goal is to help the buyer to make the puppy's life as long, healthy, and happy as possible.

* We occasionally offer Rottweiler Puppies for sale, When we do they are sold only
on this agreement* We cannot hold a puppy then the buyer back out as we have
turned away other serious homes for the puppy* Please keep this in mind when
considering a Rottweiler puppy as there is no refunds on a deposit* this agreement
must be signed and sent back to us within a reasonable amount of time* If no agreement
is signed and returned to us the puppy has no gaurantee.*
